PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ADVERTISING ON THE SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms and conditions - as may be amended from time to time - apply to all Baguio City Homes services directly or indirectly made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using Baguio City Homes website and/or by completing an advertisment, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

Advertisement Display and Services

Baguio City Homes will provide the advertisement(s)/services specified in the Contract (subject to the restrictions and right to reject and/or cancel described herein).

Term

Initial term of advertisement display is three, six and twelve (3, 6 and 12) months unless otherwise stated in the Contract. The term of advertisement display is effective on the start date indicated in the Contract and is independent of when the advertising display content is submitted to Baguio City Homes.

Baguio City Homes reserves the right to terminate the Contract at any time, and Baguio City Homes will return any prepaid pro-rata advertising fees to Advertiser (in which case refund of those pro-rata fees shall be Advertiser's sole remedy for the termination of the Contract).

Advertisement Charges

During the initial term of advertisement display, Baguio City Homes will be a free of charge advertising website as a part of beta testing. After the beta testing phase has ended, all advertisements will be modified within a reasonable timeframe.

Online Links to Other Web Sites

From selected portions of your advertisement, you can link to other websites of third parties that offer services related to your advertisement. For example, you are advertising an apartment which also has a website as an independent website for your apartment. We will not be held responsible to any personal information you provide on the linked pages which is advertised directly to other users. Baguio City Homes will only cater relative website links to your advertisement that will be advertised together with your information securely and privately, but we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party websites to which we link. Links that is no way related to your advertisement will result to an immediate deletion of your advertisement.

Proprietary Rights

Advertiser assumes all responsibility of copyright for any and all content it submits to Baguio City Homes or posts on the Site and grants Baguio City Homes a non-exclusive, sub-licensable right to display this content on the Site.

Advertiser agrees that it shall not have, nor will it claim, any right, title, or interest in any advertising content delivered by Baguio City Homes, (other than Advertiser's own advertising content).

Advertiser understands that, Baguio City Homes grants Advertiser no license to Baguio City Homes advertising content, the name of Baguio City Homes as indicated herein, or any other trademark, logos, copyrights, patent, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights which are owned or controlled by Baguio City Homes and made available to Advertiser in any manner.

Content Restrictions and Right to Reject and Cancel

Advertisements shall not contain or contain links to, content promoting the use of tobacco or illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content; expletive or inappropriate language; content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice not permitted under law; content that is libelous, defamatory, contrary to public policy or otherwise unlawful or any other content deemed inappropriate by Baguio City Homes in its sole discretion. Advertiser understands and agrees that a violation of the above restrictions as stated herein may result in the suspension, termination and removal of the active advertisement or any other action deemed necessary in Baguio City Homes sole discretion.

Baguio City Homes reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement and/or linkage to an advertiser's site for any reason which Baguio City Homes believes in good-faith to be detrimental to Baguio City Homes including but not meant to limit, the following: Advertisements which do not meet the specifications stated in the Contract, fail to conform to applicable laws and regulations, Baguio City Homes policies, or the public interest.
